Spruce-up with Seeds

Help us to spruce-up the YMCA Hub grounds and garden with the magic of seeds!
Take part in an activity of your choice ranging from seated and relaxed to active and practical. You could:
- sort and process seeds for the library (indoors and seated),
- collect seeds from wildflowers in the grounds (a gentle walk with lots of stopping),
- prepare the ground and plant more wildflowers (a big more vigorous outdoors activity),
- get stuck in to grounds maintenance like hedge trimming and gathering materials for the compost (for the really energetic).
Mix and match, and try out different activities, or do your own thing. No experience needed, and you can take a break whenever you like. Something for everyone, and all welcome!
Cafe Inc will be present on site from 11:45-1pm as well if you’d like lunch.
