We have funding to hire a sessional worker to lead our community soil building project. This is a part-time, freelance post for one year, and an exciting opportunity if you’re as obsessed with compost as we are.

We’re a flexible team of volunteers at the moment, and we want to stay that way. That’s why we’re open to flexible hours, job sharing, and other arrangements to suit all of us. We’re open to hiring more than one person to share the hours if that’s beneficial. It’s really important to us to recruit someone who shares our values and vision.
The worker will be based mainly at our plot in Dysart, but may need to travel around Fife to support outreach activities and partnerships.
