When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and first name. This allows us to send email newsletters to you, and to personalise them with your name. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of your confirmation email, or any email newsletter. Our newsletters will be infrequent, and used only to tell you about Fife Seed Library events and activities.
When you sign up for membership we collect your name, address, email address, and optionally ask for more information about yourself. This allows us to understand the makeup of our members so that we can organise ourselves most effectively, and to contact you about your membership.
You can receive our newsletter without being a member, and vice versa.
We will never pass your data on to anyone else for any reason. Occasionally funders ask us about our membership, and we may tell them aggregate, but not individual, information.
You can ask for any data we hold on you to be removed by emailing hello@fifeseedlibrary.org at any time..
