Join this beginner-level workshop which will cover the fundamentals of home composting, incorporating kitchen scraps and garden waste to create healthy, nutritious compost.

  • what you should and shouldn’t put in your compost.
  • how to make compost that doesn’t smell or attract pests.
  • the link between your scraps, soil health, and biodiversity in your local area.
  • ways of composting at different scales to suit the size of garden you have.

Leave with everything you need to begin composting at home – information, support, and your very own food waste caddy and a 220L garden compost bin!

Please register if you would like to take composting equipment home with you. Registration is optional if you don’t need equipment and just want to come for the workshop.
